IVP (Identity Verified Prints) clearance cards are typically for professionals who operate in or around schools
Non-IVP (Non-Identity Verified Prints) clearance cards are typically for all other professions some examples are below
DPS (Dept of Public Safety) for Arizona clearance cards has an online application process for IVP and Non-IVP clearance cards.
Online:
After completing the online application walk-in, or schedule an appointment to process your fingerprints. Fingerprints are needed to complete the DPS application. Bring your Reference# with you, which is located at the bottom of your DPS receipt.
