IVP or Non-IVP Clearance Card
IVP (Identity Verified Prints) clearance cards are typically for professionals who operate in or around schools
- State Board of Education Teacher or other certification
- Tutor or Teacher Preparation program
- Charter School Instructor
- School Bus Driver
- Public and/or Charter School Non-certificated personnel
- Public and/or Charter School Contractors, Subcontractors, or Vendors and their employees
Non-IVP (Non-Identity Verified Prints) clearance cards are typically for all other professions some examples are below
- State Board of Nurses / Nursing Care
- Massage Therapist / Physical Therapist
- Child Care / Adoption / Foster / Surrogate Parents
- Home Health / Assisted Living
- State Board of Pharmacy

How To Get a Fingerprint Clearance Card
Arizona DPS (Dept of Public Safety) requires an application and fingerprints for a level 1 clearance card, Non-IVP clearance card, and IVP clearance card.
